Monthly Group Membership for weekly movement and meditation classes and a monthly workshop.
 
Practices include dance, yoga, breath, qi gong, intention support, gift activations, visualization methods and introspective and honest conversations in unconditionality and embodiment of the elements.

These group containers have been incredibly supportive, inspiring and healing for the people who have been participating and we would love to have you with us on this journey of embodiment, tribe support and opening!
